Roots and Soccer provides a platform that connects:

Parents seeking youth soccer programs for their children

Coaches, Clubs, and Academies looking to recruit players and grow their programs

Scouts and Agents seeking talent

Sponsors interested in supporting youth soccer

We facilitate connections and communications but do not directly provide coaching, training, or soccer programs. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or suitability of any programs, coaches, or clubs listed on our platform.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account by providing:

Your name, email address, phone number, and location

Your user type (parent, coach, club, academy, scout, agent, or sponsor)

Additional information relevant to your user type

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

All activities that occur under your account

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

You may not:

Share your account with others

Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

Use another person's account without permission

Supervising your child's involvement in any programs

Reviewing contracts or agreements with third-party organizations

Fees and Payments

Currently, our basic connection services are provided free of charge to users. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain premium features or services in the future. If we do:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You will not misrepresent your qualifications or programs

For Scouts and Agents

You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing player recruitment

You will be transparent about any fees or compensation arrangements

You will respect the privacy and rights of minors
